I am looking for a polite tidy quiet tenant. Everything is fully furnished in the apartment. kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, microwave and pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, new household appliances, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, etc. etc.

Tenant must have a permanent job or be a student. Fixed income is a must, also registration address is allowed at the residence.

Rent is 800 euro include bills (electric + gas + internet + water) are included in the rent.
I prefer long term tenant (minimum 3 months).
